Terrific refresher for a zesty St. George Street Old Town Saint Augustine experience. Delicious!

Best Gelato I ever had. A must every time I visit St. Augustine.

Visiting from North Carolina on June 12th, Was greeted right away. The employee was patient with my two boys when making their choice of gelato and we enjoyed it!! The inside could be a little cleaner, but overall it was a great visit.

Tourist trap! $7 for a small cone of icecream that doesn't even resemble real Italian gelato. The icecream is not produced locally and they don't accept cash, but they have an ATM inside the restaurant (weird). They also didn't issue a receipt.

Fantastic gelato right next door to the best pizza in the south!!!

Came here at around 6pm on August third and the two young girls behind the counter didn’t seem like they wanted anything to do with us at all. Didn’t hear one word out of their mouths, no “can I help you” or “thank you” gelato was good, but that doesn’t matter much when the employees are rude to begin with. Luckily we’re natives here, could have easily ruined a tourist’s night with the service that was given

OMG! Their gelatos are so delicious and airy. We tried different flavors and they allowed us to mix our gelato flavors in the cups. We all got small cups and felt like we got large cups. We almost had trouble finishing our gelatos but we love a challenge.

Awesome gelato and especially great after a slice of Pizzatime pizza 😁

Great ice cream

The pizza was sub-par . Definitely not the 2nd best pizza in town as they claim. The place is a bit shady as they won't let you near the cashier until you've ordered and recieved food, no prices listed anywhere,then they point to a small sign saying cash only. No other signs in the shop indicating that. They will point you to the ATM located at the cashier , which has a $3. Surcharge. The tables we're dirty. They did have every other table sectioned off for distancing, but an employee sat right beside us (less than 2 feet away) for his break. Breaking any distancing rules. Having to pay for parking plus the way overpriced food ( $30 for 4 slices and garlic knots) . Makes this a no go for another visit.

Some of these other reviews are ridiculous. The only two things you need to bring to this place is a love for gelato, because they serve you a lot at once, and cash because they unfortunately do not accept cards. That being said, the gelato is amazing. They have great flavors like bourbon baked apple pie, or maple roasted butter pecan. My favorite is spumoni, the Italian precursor to neopolitan ice cream. If you're looking for great gelato this is it.

I LOVE sorbet and Italian ices, so I knew this gelato was for me! The place is attached to Pizza Time so it's the perfect place to get a dessert. The staff was friendly and they are willing to let you sample before you choose a flavor you will be satisfied with! Perfect place to cool down from a warm Florida day!

I have eaten at pizza time a few times and decided to try the gelato next door. Well the gelato is amazing but the service is not! My daughter is 3 and I did not want her eating 2 scoops which is the smallest they offer. I asked to PAY for an additional cup to take some of the ice cream from her so it wouldn't be wasted and was told no but that I could pay the same price for just 1 scoop. That is insane! You just lost a costumer unfortunately because your staff's rudeness and unwillingness to accommodate it's customers overshadows your product.

Cash only- What business is cash only now days!

This place is great! The gelto taste just about as good as Italy gelto. We loved it, delicious find. We would definitely go back to this place. Great service, so friendly! Just fyi they only accept cash here. But it's worth it.

Great Pizza!! Prices aren't bad either.

The ice cream has good flavor, but it is just ridiculous that in the 21st-century and located in a very touristy city this place does not take credit card! With so many options around I doubt this place will be a preferred spot for many people...

Omg, SO good! Made the mistake of getting "okay" ice cream at an ice cream shop first day we were there. Double Chocolate gelato and Peanutbutter gelato! Delicious! Went 2 days in a row.
